Amy’s Online Yoga Club

Live yoga from my home to yours. I really love practising at home. I’m an avid YouTube yoga class-watcher. It’s so great to have the choice now to learn and practice yoga with a teacher, at home in your PJs. However, the one thing I miss is the personal element. I miss the people, the real faces, the community, the feedback. So I have set up Amy’s Online Yoga Club to help others who feel the same.

Calm. Comfort. Community. That’s what we’re all about.

“It was brilliant last night – such a good idea! I need more Zoom!”

Tell me more?

You’ll be able to come to the same No More Shoulds yoga or mindfulness classes you know and love, still with your fellow students alongside you, but from the comfort of your own home (in your PJs should you wish).

Amy’s Online Yoga Club meets several times a week via Zoom – a super easy-to-use online platform. That is the only difference compared to a regular class. You still see your fellow yogis, you still see me as your teacher, and (should you wish) I can still see you and offer feedback.

“Thank you so much for the class – it really helped me find calm. I feel relaxed in my own home which was a nice experience.”

Lovely anonymous No More Shoulds yogi.

What if I can’t make a class time?

That’s ok! You can choose from several class times during the week, or you can still catch up a class later on via the recording of the session and ask me any questions about it afterwards. So you get the benefit of an ever-growing library of yoga and mindfulness classes the longer the club continues and the more people join in.

I’m not so keen on people seeing my washing in the background. Or me in my PJs.

This is also ok. I don’t blame you. I do spend some time lighting candles and shoving toys under the sofa before class. Whilst of course it is helpful for me to be able to see you practising so I can keep you safe in your practice, you can also choose to have your camera turned off and watch along one-way instead. There’s also the option of watching one of the class recordings in your own time too.

How much does it cost?

I feel very passionately that yoga and mindfulness be accessible to all. So there are 3 different joining options to make it super easy and affordable for whatever your means*.
