8-week mum & baby mindfulness programme
Learn mindfulness and coping techniques specifically designed to help you find your best self: calm, unflappable and resilient you. Together with a small, supportive group, over 8 weeks you will create and embed a personalised set of lasting habits to find calm and showcase your best self to your family, your friends, your colleagues and, most importantly, to yourself.
The course takes elements of mindfulness, hygge and group coaching to create a unique and transformative experience for every group.
We keep the sessions to just one hour so as not to overwhelm with your baby in tow. We cover similar content to the 8-week general course, whilst also holding a safe space for everyone (mum and baby alike) to be just how they need to be that day, and to learn over the course to observe and accept whatever that session holds with compassion, curiosity and without judgment.
A maximum group size of 6 keeps the group small enough to be safe, supportive and offer opportunity for a lasting bond through the new journey of motherhood.

Wednesdays 10:30-11:30am starting 19th September until 7th November 2018 (consecutive Wednesdays including half term).
