8-week mindfulness programme
Learn mindfulness and coping techniques specifically designed to help you find your best self: calm, unflappable and resilient you. Together with a small, supportive group, over 8 weeks you will create and embed a personalised set of lasting habits to showcase your best self to your family, your friends, your colleagues and, most importantly, to yourself.
The course takes elements of mindfulness, hygge and group coaching to create a unique and transformative experience for every group.

8pm-9:30pm over the following dates:
Session 1: Monday 4th June
Session 2: Thursday 7th June
Session 3: Monday 18th June
Session 4: Monday 25th June
Session 5: Thursday 28th June
Session 6: Monday 9th July
Session 7: Monday 16th July
Session 8: Monday 23rd July
- 8 x 90-minute group sessions in a cosy location
- all course materials, including a series of guided meditation recordings to take away
- development of your personal action plan
- private Whatsapp group for support and guidance in between sessions
- follow-up meet one month later
