8-week general mindfulness course

Learn mindfulness and coping techniques specifically designed to help you find your best self: calm, unflappable and resilient you. Together with a small, supportive group, over 8 weeks you will create and embed a personalised set of lasting habits to find calm and showcase your best self to your family, your friends, your colleagues and, most importantly, to yourself.

The course takes elements of mindfulness, hygge and group coaching to create a unique and transformative experience for every group.

Who is it for?

Anyone – not just mums or parents. Men and women aged 18+, regardless of experience level, are welcome.

Course structure

Each session lasts 90 minutes.

PART 1: learning to concentrate and identify our thoughts

Week 1: Identifying automatic pilot

Week 2: Identifying barriers to and challenges with meditation practice

Week 3: Mindful movement

Week 4: Sitting meditation

PART 2: learning to accept and let go

Week 5: Accepting challenge and difficulty

Week 6: Thoughts are not facts

Week 7: How to best be kind to yourself

Week 8: Acceptance and change going forward

8-week mum & baby course

An 8-week mindfulness programme designed specifically to support mums through the transition into and through motherhood. Together with a small, supportive family of like-minded mums, this course will help you find YOU again and keep you.

The busy autopilot of motherhood can make it difficult to recognise when you’re striving to reach certain goalposts or standards that no longer reflect who you are or where you are in life: entering maternity leave, entering motherhood, returning to work, not returning to work or simply the idea of other mums doing it better. This course will help you identify these goalposts together, and remove them.

Over 8 weeks, we will create and embed a personalised set of lasting habits to showcase your best self to your family, your friends, your colleagues and, most importantly, to yourself.

We keep the sessions to just one hour so as not to overwhelm with your baby in tow. We cover similar content to the 8-week general course, whilst also holding a safe space for everyone (mum and baby alike) to be just how they need to be that day, and to learn over the course to observe and accept whatever that session holds with compassion, curiosity and without judgment.

A maximum group size of 6 keeps the group small enough to be safe, supportive and offer opportunity for a lasting bond through the new journey of motherhood.

8-week lunch hour general course

An abridged version of the 8-week general course, specifically adapted to fit into a lunch break. Ideal for those interested in the general course who can’t spare an evening or have a long commute, or are facing specific work-related pressures. Also ideal for recent returners to the workplace after maternity or shared parental leave, to ease the transition back into the workplace.
