Pregnancy yoga

Due to the current situation with COVID-19, face-to-face classes are currently on hold. I can’t wait to get started again when we can! In the meantime, check out Amy’s Online Yoga Club for pregnancy yoga with me and other mums-to-be from the comfort of your own home.

No More Shoulds offers weekly pregnancy yoga classes at the gorgeous Turley Farm, just outside Witney in Delly End. A beautiful class of gentle movement and breathwork, to prepare both body and mind for birth and beyond.

“Had my first antenatal yoga class, most relaxed i have felt in a long time. Highly recommend this class, Amy is so friendly, kind and professional. I was nervous but she made me so welcome.”

Yoga for pregnancy, birth & beyond

During pregnancy a lot can feel really different in our minds, bodies and lives. Yoga can help support you in this journey in so many ways, by:

  • promoting softness and suppleness in the body without putting too much pressure on muscles and ligaments which loosen to support labour.
  • both boosting and balancing our energy and shifts in mood, and lifting energy when it dips. relieving symptoms of worry that can arise during times of change and anticipation
  • promoting relaxation and deeper more restful sleep.
reminding the body and mind of the intuitive movements and energy of birth that it already knows. developing a sense of agency and choice during pregnancy and the postnatal period
  • finding community in a circle of women going through the same transitions together.

Pregnancy yoga with No More Shoulds provides all of this and more. I trained with renowned pregnancy yoga and birth trauma therapist, Janine Hurley with Yoga Campus and Creative Calm and am so delighted to be able to share these beautiful practices with you to support your pregnancy.

“Just a quick note to say thank you for last night’s pregnancy yoga class – it was exactly what I needed. It really helped alleviate the rib pain and also provided some much needed headspace during a chaotic time – so a big big thank you.”
