Yoga Classes

Accessible and inclusive flow yoga classes for all bodies and minds in and around Witney, Oxfordshire*. Grounding meditation and breathwork, accessible and energising asana flow, with gorgeous relaxation to finish.

The real beauty of yoga lies far beyond the poses, so there are no expectations in these classes as to how you should feel or look or move. You are invited simply to come and practice, however you feel and whatever your level of experience. There is a place for you here.

WHO: all abilities welcome, whether you practice regularly or have never tried yoga or mindfulness before. All states of mind and mental health recovery, all bodies and physical conditions. We work together to find the practice that feels most comfortable for you.

WHAT TO BRING: all you need is a mat, comfy clothes you can move in and an open mind 🙂
